100 g
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
Onion
1 pc.
Carrot
2 pcs.
Celery

PREPARATION:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat and add diced onion. Roast until the onion is soft.
- Cut carrots and celery and add to the pan. Cook stirring for 1-1.5 minutes.
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add to the vegetables. Increase the heat and fry meat with vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add fusilli and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream. Buon appetito!
