Chicken soup with fusilli

CAPPELLO BIANCO FUSILLI
100 g
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
Onion
1 pc.
Carrot
2 pcs.
Celery
2 стебля
Chicken breast
250 g
Chicken broth
4 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat and add diced onion. Roast until the onion is soft. 
  2. Cut carrots and celery and add to the pan. Cook stirring for 1-1.5 minutes.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add to the vegetables. Increase the heat and fry meat with vegetables for 5-7 minutes. 
  4. Add chicken broth, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add fusilli and cook for 15 minutes. 
  5. Serve with sour cream. Buon appetito!
