PREPARATION:
- Boil pasta until al dente for 8 minutes in salted water in a large saucepan Drain the water and return the pasta to the saucepan. Put it aside.
- Cut boneless soft-salted salmon into medium sized cubes.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Fry the salmon for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently.
- When the fish is ready, add cream and finely grated cheese (keep a little cheese for later). Season with salt and pepper, add oregano and stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Add boiled paste, mix. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan and serve hot. Buon appetito!
