CAPPELLO BIANCO FUSILLI
300 g
Beef sausages (Italian)
250 g
Onion
1 pc.
Garlic
2 cloves
Hot chili pepper flakes
1 tbsp.
Diced tomatoes
400 g
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
PREPARATION:
- Boil pasta until al dente for 12 minutes in salted water in a large saucepan
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Cut the sausages into thick pieces and fry until the meat is browned on all sides.
- Reduce heat and add 1 onion, cut into small cubes, and 2 crushed cloves of garlic. Roast with sausages until soft.
- Add 1 tbsp of spicy chili flakes and finely chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned) and mix. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add ready pasta to sauce with sausages, and mix well. Serve hot with crispy bread. Buon appetito!
