CAPPELLO BIANCO PENNE RIGATE
500 g
Minced beef
250 g
Tomatoes
4 pcs.
Green sweet pepper
3 pcs.
Onion
½ onion
Tomato paste
1 tbsp.
Paprika powder
1 tsp.
Lime zest
2 tsp.
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Parsley
as a garnish
PREPARATION:
- Boil pasta until al dente for 8 minutes in salted water in a large saucepan
- Heat olive oil. Fry finely chopped onion and green pepper until soft. Add the minced meat, crush it evenly over the surface of the pan.
- When the minced meat is browned, add paprika, lemon zest, season with salt and black pepper and let the sauce stand on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Add sauce to pasta, keep on fire for 10 minutes stirring.
- Garnish with parsley and serve. Buon appetito!
