CAPPELLO BIANCO PENNE RIGATE

Minced beef
250 g
Tomatoes
4 pcs.
Green sweet pepper
3 pcs.
Onion
½ onion
Tomato paste
1 tbsp.
Paprika powder
1 tsp.
Lime zest
2 tsp.
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Parsley
as a garnish

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil pasta until al dente for 8 minutes in salted water in a large saucepan
  2. Heat olive oil. Fry finely chopped onion and green pepper until soft. Add the minced meat, crush it evenly over the surface of the pan. 
  3. When the minced meat is browned, add paprika, lemon zest, season with salt and black pepper and let the sauce stand on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Add sauce to pasta, keep on fire for 10 minutes stirring. 
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve. Buon appetito!
